    Rate the consultation. The doctor can reply, and the review is public on their profile.

Open the Sanpha app, sign up with your mobile number and verify the OTP. Search by specialty or doctor name, pick a free slot from the doctor's schedule, and confirm. The doctor sees the request immediately.
Yes. Every doctor uploads their medical license, ID, diploma and a professional photo. A human admin reviews each application and the doctor only goes live after digital contract signature.
Yes. A licensed pharmacist at the partner pharmacy reviews each uploaded prescription before any order ships. If something looks off, they message you or send the order back to verification.
Sanpha uses encrypted HTTPS for all traffic, short-lived 15-minute access tokens with refresh, and a separate consent record for the optional AI prescription parser as required by Morocco's CNDP. We don't share data with advertisers.
