Once your documents are complete, verification typically takes 24–48 working hours. You'll get a notification the moment your account is approved and your contract is ready to sign.
Nothing upfront. There is no joining fee and no monthly subscription — Sanpha takes a commission on completed, paid work only. The exact rate is shown in your contract before you sign.
Earnings accumulate in your panel with every completed consultation, order or mission. Settlements are paid out on a regular schedule to the bank account you register, with a downloadable statement for each payout.
Yes — a provider account can hold multiple roles (for example a pharmacy that also does delivery). Each role has its own document checklist and is verified separately.
A smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection is enough to run the provider panel. Doctors offering video consultations additionally need a camera, microphone and a quiet space.
