These are the Terms that govern your use of Sanpha. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've tried to write them in plain language. If anything's unclear, write to us at hello@sanpha.ma.
Who we are
Sanpha is operated by Sanpha SARL, a company registered in Casablanca, Morocco. Throughout these Terms, ‘Sanpha’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to that company.
Your account
You need to register an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at security@sanpha.ma.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms — for example, by impersonating a doctor.
What Sanpha provides
Sanpha is a platform that connects patients with verified doctors, pharmacies, ambulance services and delivery couriers. We are not a medical provider ourselves and do not provide medical advice. The medical relationship is between you and the provider.
Not for life-threatening emergencies
For life-threatening emergencies, call the public emergency line (15) first. Sanpha ambulance dispatch is for organised medical transport — it sits alongside, not in place of, public emergency services.
Payments and refunds
You can pay with cards via CMI, PayPal, or by cash on delivery for pharmacy orders where supported. Refund rules depend on the provider's cancellation policy, which is shown on their profile before you book. Most cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund.
If you are a provider
By submitting an application, you confirm the documents are genuine and the licences are valid. You agree to the digital provider contract. Sanpha charges a 10% default platform fee on gross service amounts, settled monthly with downloadable invoices.
Intellectual property
The Sanpha name, logo, and software are ours. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software without explicit permission. Content you upload remains yours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Moroccan law, Sanpha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca courts.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Sanpha after that means you accept the changes.
