From the home screen to a doctor on the call.

    Create an account

    Mobile number and email. We send a six-digit OTP — three attempts, bcrypt-hashed, locked out on the fourth.

  2. 02

    Set up your health profile

    Blood type, chronic conditions, allergies, current medications, emergency contact. None of it is required to book — but it helps.

  3. 03

    Find what you need

    Search a doctor by specialty, language and mode. Browse a 16-category pharmacy. Request an ambulance by type and priority.

  4. 04

    Book, order or dispatch

    Pick a slot, confirm the basket, or set pickup and destination. The provider sees the request instantly.

  5. 05

    Get cared for

    Join the video call, take the courier hand-off, or follow the ambulance live. The record stays in your account.

From application to your first consultation.

    Pick provider type

    Doctor, pharmacy, ambulance, delivery. Each has its own required document set.

  2. 02

    Verify by email and phone

    Same OTP flow as patients. Then a strong password.

  3. 03

    Submit professional details

    Licence number, specialty, languages, fee, schedule template.

  4. 04

    Upload documents

    Drop files into the dashboard. A human admin reviews — usually within two working days.

    Sign the digital contract

    Read the contract, sign with a click, and you go live the moment we approve.
