A mission with Sanpha

One mission, from alert to handover.

Half an hour in the life of a partner unit — with the radio chatter and paper forms taken out.

Your workspace

A dispatch board your operators will trust.

Every mission and every unit on one board — what's new, what's moving, what's done.

  • New dispatches arrive with sound and stay pinned until a unit accepts.
  • Fleet view shows each vehicle's status and position at a glance.
  • Missions close with an e-signed handover — no paper trail to reconstruct.
Why fleets join

Run the fleet, not the paperwork.

Questions

Asked by every operator we onboard.

The short, honest versions. For anything else, talk to our dispatch team.

By match, not by queue-jumping: a request goes to operators whose vehicle type and declared service area fit. The first unit to accept takes the mission.
Nothing to join — no signup fee, no subscription. Sanpha takes a platform fee per completed mission, stated in your contract before you sign.
Yes — once a unit accepts, its live position streams to the patient and the dispatcher. In practice this removes most of the anxious phone calls mid-mission.
Each completed mission is logged with its fee. Earnings are settled in monthly payout runs to the operator's bank account, with an itemised statement and invoice in the panel.
