Sanpha
§ 03Services / Ambulance

Five vehicle types.
Four priorities.

Sanpha ambulance dispatch is for when you need medical transport organised quickly — and you want to see exactly where it is, the entire way.

For life-threatening emergencies, call public services on 15 first. Sanpha sits alongside, not in place of, the public emergency line.

Ambulance
A · Vehicle types

The right vehicle, at dispatch time.

  • 01
    Emergency

Life-threatening situations. Full kit, paramedic team.

  • 02
    Transfer

Hospital to hospital, between facilities or for follow-up.

  • 03
    Non-emergency

Routine transport for patients who need medical supervision.

  • 04
    ICU

Mobile intensive-care unit with critical-care equipment.

  • 05
    Neonatal

Specialised transport for newborns and infants.

B · Priority

Triaged at dispatch, not at intake.

Sanpha sets the priority when you book — so the right vehicle, with the right team, arrives in the right order.

  • Critical

    Life-threatening. Dispatched immediately, highest priority.

  • High

    Serious but not immediately life-threatening.

  • Medium

    Needs medical transport, but stable.

  • Low

    Routine scheduled transport.

C · Tracking

Visible the entire way.

From dispatch to handover, you see the ambulance position and ETA — and the handover state and timestamp are logged for the record.

Request an ambulance, tracked.
