Services / Video consultation

A consultation that happens to be on video.

Not a video call inside a healthcare app. A proper consultation — with a verified doctor, a structured record, a prescription if it's needed — that happens to use video.

How a call works

From booking to prescription, in four steps.

Every video consultation follows the same simple path — no reception desk, no waiting room.

  1. 01

    Pick a doctor & slot

Browse verified doctors, see each one's fee, and choose a time that suits you.

  2. 02

    Confirm the booking

The fee is shown before you commit. Pay securely inside the app.

  3. 03

    Join the video call

One tap at the appointment time. Chat and share files during the call.

  4. 04

    Get your e-prescription

If treatment is needed, the doctor issues an e-prescription straight to your record.

Before your call

Two minutes of prep, a smoother visit.

Nothing technical — a phone, a connection, and a quiet corner are all you need.

What you need

E-prescription

The prescription follows the consultation.

When treatment is needed, the doctor issues an e-prescription during the call — ready to send to a partner pharmacy.

  1. Issued on call

The doctor writes the e-prescription before you hang up. It lands in your health record.

  2. Reviewed by a pharmacist

Send it to a partner pharmacy; a licensed pharmacist checks it and prepares a quote.

  3. Delivered to your door

Order the medication for home delivery and track the courier live.
