This page is for organisations: insurers, employers, clinics and hospital groups, NGOs, labs or health-tech companies. Individual doctors, pharmacies, ambulance operators and couriers should register directly through the provider hub — it's a self-serve flow with verification in days.
After your first message we reply within two working days. A scoping call, a short proposal and signature typically fit inside two to four weeks depending on the integration depth.
Yes. Depending on the partnership, we can discuss API access, co-branded flows, and reporting exports. The scope is defined together during the proposal phase.
There is no fee to start the conversation and most partnerships are revenue- or value-sharing rather than fixed-fee. The commercial model is agreed openly in the proposal.
