What a video consultation should feel like

On the difference between 'a video call inside a healthcare app' and 'a consultation that happens to be on video'.

This is a placeholder essay. The Sanpha journal is where the team writes about the small decisions that shape a quiet, careful healthcare platform — the kind that takes a hundred dull choices to feel like one calm interaction.

A note on the work

We'll come back to fill this in. In the meantime, please enjoy the typography. It's set in Instrument Serif, with Inter for the supporting text — chosen because they share a quiet, considered tone and don't shout for attention. The mono numerals are JetBrains Mono.
